What we collect
- Details you give us: name, business name, phone, email and anything you share when you contact us.
- Client records you share so we can keep your books and file your returns.
- Basic technical logs created when any browser visits a website.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and quote for our services.
- To keep your accounts and file your returns and statutory forms.
- To meet our own legal and tax obligations.
Portal logins and OTPs
Where you give us access to government portals, we use it only for the work you have asked us to do, and only with your approval. Credentials are stored securely and access is limited to the people working on your account.
Who we share it with
Only where needed: our team working on your account; a qualified professional where the law requires their certification; and government departments when filing on your instruction, or where the law compels us.
How long we keep it
For as long as we act for you, and then for the period the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to hello@solvh.co.
